展品范围

Scope of exhibits

1.汽车零部件专区：包括发动机配件类（燃油系统、冷却系统）、电器仪表配件类、制动及转向配件类、底盘件类（传动及行驶系统）、车身附件类等；

1.Auto parts zone (parts and components) : including engine parts (fuel system, cooling system), electrical instrument parts, brake and steering parts, chassis parts (transmission and driving system), body accessories, etc.

2.摩托车配件专区。包括发动机零部件、电器与仪表、传动系统及配件、行驶及车架部件、操纵系统及配件用品及相关品、整车、通用与其他配件、轻量化车身等。2.Motorcycle accessories zone: including engine parts, electrical equipment and instruments,transmission system and accessories, driving and frame parts, control system and accessories supplies and related products, vehicle, general and other accessories, lightweight body etc.

3.汽车用品及改装专区，包括精品内饰、汽车外饰、车载电子、汽车电器、随车用品、汽车改装等；

4. 汽车整车及新能源车零部件专区，包括汽车整车、驱动电机、调速控制器、动力电池、车载充电器等。

参展费用

Exhibition charge

室内光地：4000元/9平方米，36平米起租。

Indoor Vacant land: 4000 yuan / 9 square meters, starting from 36 square meters.

空地不含任何配置，展具、用电、搭建等费用自理。特装管理费、特装押金向展馆另行缴纳。

The vacant land does not include any configuration, exhibition equipment, power consumption, construction and other costs. Special decoration management fee and special decoration deposit shall be paid to the exhibition hall separately.

标准展位：4000元/个（3米*3米）。

Standard booth: 4000 Yuan per booth (3m * 3m。

标准展位包括：展出场地，三面或两面展板（高2.5米），楣板文字制作，射灯两盏，一张洽谈桌，两把椅子，内含地毯，220V电源插座一个及公共区域的卫生，安全保卫。其它展具及服务产生的费用自理。

Standard booths include: exhibition venue, three- or two-sided display panels (2.5 meters high), fascia board text production, two spotlights, one table and two chairs including carpet, one 220V power socket and public area ,safety guard.  Other exhibits and services expenses are at your own expense.

参展流程

Exhibition process

1. 参展企业填写好“参展合约书”，传真至组委会。

1. Exhibitors fill out the "Exhibition Contract" and fax to the organizing committee.

2.组委会在收到“参展合约书”后，盖章确认。

2.The organizing committee after receiving the "Exhibition Contract" will seal it and confirm.

3.参展企业在收到有效合约书之后的三个工作日内，须将参展费用的50%作为定金汇入组委会指定账户，以落实展台位置。

3. In order to confirm the booth position, the exhibitor must remit 50% of the participation fee as a deposit to the bank account of the organizing committee within three working days after receiving the valid contract.

4. 为保证展会整体形象，组委会有权保留最终调整展位的权利。

4. In order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the booths.
